There is no elevator access to balcony seats, only stairs.

There are no refunds or cancellations by the purchaser. Tickets purchased online are subject to real time, facility, and convenience fees. Even in the event of a cancellation, these fees are not refundable. Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket (or baby voucher when applicable) for admission.
